You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To ensure your request is processed correctly, please follow these steps:
1. Download and fill out the return form
Download the return form and complete it with all the requested information.
2. Prepare your package
Include the following in the package:
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The completed and printed return form.
Items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Important: Please include the completed return form inside the package so we can identify your order and process it more quickly.
3. Send the package to the following address:

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Important information about size exchanges:
Because we work with limited stock, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific size when we receive your return.
For this reason, we recommend purchasing the desired size directly if it is still available on our website.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you prefer to wait until we receive the product to process the exchange, we will do so without any problem, although in that case we cannot guarantee the availability of the requested size.
