Shipping policy

**SHIPPING**

PUMP IN PARADISE will not ship any product until the Administration Department has verified that payment has been made.

Delivery will be considered complete when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and to note any reservations or claims that may be justified on the delivery receipt.

PUMP IN PARADISE will send products via the means it deems appropriate to fulfill its commitments.

If there is a return of merchandise due to incomplete, incorrect, or absent address after several delivery attempts, or if it needs to be resent to another address, the “rerouting” costs will be borne by the customer.

**SHIPPING COSTS**

Handling and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be specified in the shopping cart and the order. These costs may vary based on a new destination chosen by the customers. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the costs include customs fees.

Delivery time will depend on the products and the province to which the shipment is made, and in any case, it begins counting from when PUMP IN PARADISE receives payment for the order. Shipments paid by personal check will have an additional three days added to the delivery time. The delivery of any products sold under these general conditions is subject to PUMP IN PARADISE’s availability plan. They will make their best efforts to deliver on the scheduled, offered, or confirmed date. However, they will not assume any responsibility for failures to meet those dates if caused by factors beyond PUMP IN PARADISE’s control.

If the delay in delivery is attributable to PUMP IN PARADISE and exceeds 7 days, a full refund of the prepaid amount for the delayed merchandise will be issued upon written request from the customer. Furthermore, PUMP IN PARADISE will not be liable for any lost profits or direct or indirect damages, and its maximum liability in any case will be the value of the merchandise.

If the customer cancels all or part of the orders before PUMP IN PARADISE has shipped them, PUMP IN PARADISE may require compensation for expenses and processing, amounting to X% of the value of the rejected merchandise. Customers may choose from any of the payment methods offered by PUMP IN PARADISE. In cases where the customer chooses prepaid payment, this will take effect, requiring the customer to pay for the product after placing the order. Purchased products must be paid for after placing the ORDER by sending the amount indicated in it to PUMP IN PARADISE via one of the selected payment methods.

A copy of the delivery note detailing the complete order merchandise accompanies each shipment. The recipient is obliged to verify that the order number matches that on the delivery note. Additionally, the number of packages on the carrier’s Delivery Document must match the number of packages delivered.

Upon delivery of the merchandise, the User must sign the delivery note, confirming receipt. The customer's approval on the delivery note implies the waiver of any claims or complaints regarding the ordered and received merchandise.

The merchandise is insured to its destination by PUMP IN PARADISE, with the cost of this insurance included in the shipping charges.

To validate the insurance and rectify any delivery errors, it is essential to note any incidents regarding the received merchandise or its packaging in the observations section of the carrier’s delivery document. It is also crucial to communicate any incidents to PUMP IN PARADISE within a maximum of 24 hours, either by phone or via email in the “Contact Us” section.

If these conditions are not met, PUMP IN PARADISE will not assume any responsibility for the merchandise.
